the business scope of the company is the importation and exportation of commodities and technology of different kinds; enterprises investment management; capital management; business consultation; mechanical and electrical equipment; automotive components and parts.

the company has 6 daughter companies and 9 affiliates and partner companies (details please see the chart 1).

all the above companies are either privately owned, or foreign invested, or sino-foreign joint ventures, or domestic cooperated companies, based mainly on private investment. the earliest establishment of the above companies goes back to 1994.

now there are 387 employees in total, with 117 of them have different

technical titles and 103 of them have university or college education background.

the total asset of the company is 318.31 mio rmb, (about 38.5mio usd). it occupies an area of 75,500 m2, with the construction area of 45,000 m2.

the company’s main business is importation and exportation, international cooperation, automobile sales and after-sales service.

- the importation is mainly spare parts importation for shanghai volkswagen co. ltd, gear raw parts and equipment for shanghai automotive gear works, rubber material for shanghai shenya sealing co. ltd. etc. the total sales is nearly 800 mio rmb (about 96.74mio usd).

- international cooperation: we are providing consultation work and service to world wide famous automobile manufacturers or automotive parts factories, for example, magna powertrain ag&co.,kg, in their global sourcing and other projects in china.

- the automobile sales are mainly for product series of svw brand, sgm brand, shanghai huizhong brand. all of sales, service and dealer companies are authorized enterprises by svw, sgm and shanghai huizhong co. the yearly sales of these sales and service centers are over 3000 cars, with a turnover of over 450mio rmb (about 54.5mio usd). we imported 127 cars from abroad to china, with the sales of 60mio rmb (about 7.26mio usd).

- the after-sales of the cars is also mainly for products of svw, sgm, shanghai huizhong, etc. we are involved in the maintenance and repair of the cars, decoration of the cars, automotive spare parts sales and technical service and consultation work.. we repair about 1 billion cars/times per year and the turnover of this is over 50 mio rmb (about 6 mio usd).

after more then 10 years development, our company has obtained rich experience in automotive field and all other related fields. at the same time, we trained and brought up quite a lot of experts and specialists in terms of import and export business, car sales and service, automotive components and spare parts. as a result, our company set up and enjoy quite good prestige in our business fields, and accumulated certain
amount of capital as well.

our company plans to further develop itself in the fields of automobile brand operations. we recently got a land of 40,000 m2, and with this land we will try to obtain the operational authorization from some world famous automobile companies. we also plan to set up a business center in shanghai – shanghai max overseas business center. it will have the functions of exhibition, purchasing, research and development,, information and logistic. we wish to take the full advantages of our company brand and get a great development in a short period for the near future.
